Anquinette L. Mosley is a compassionate therapist, mental health professional, and proud mother of four adult children (two girls and two boys), as well as a grandmother to four grandchildren (two boys and two girls).

Her journey into psychology began after the tragic loss of her mother, an event that deeply impacted her and inspired her to write her own trauma narrative long before she understood what that truly meant.

Growing up in Highland Park, Michigan, Anquinette is a proud "Polar Bear" from Highland Park High School and earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Psychology from Wayne State University.
